Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 29 October 2026. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
Please read these terms before you order. They explain what we do, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you. Where a term limits our responsibility, we have tried to make it easy to see. If anything is unclear, please ask us at hello@mykehanz.com before you pay.
1. About us
We are MYKEHANZ DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a private company limited by shares, registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 (RC 9966246). We trade as “Mykehanz Digital Solutions”. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean this company, and “you” means the person or business buying from us.
- Address: Shop 5, Fejab Plaza, Prof’s Avenue Junction, Spibat Road, Mbieri, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria.
- Email: hello@mykehanz.com
- Founder and Director: Odinaka Michael Ohanele
- TIN: 2621645464992
We are an online business. Our services are for customers in Nigeria, and we deliver all work online.
2. Our services
We offer AI-assisted, human-reviewed digital services. Our current services are:
- Career Documents - Essentials, Career Profile and Complete packages (CV, cover letter, LinkedIn wording and, in Complete, selected visuals).
- Business Presentations - Base and In-depth packages.
- Professional Reports - Base and In-depth packages.
- UK Study & Relocation Research Support - Base and In-depth packages. This service gives information only. It is not immigration advice, we do not assess your visa or admission chances, and we do not make applications, find housing or contact landlords for you.
The full details of each package (what is included, what is not, file formats and limits) are on our Services page. The package you choose and your written quote form part of your agreement with us.
Services shown as “Coming soon” or “planned” are not for sale. You cannot order them yet.
What we do not promise. We do not promise any outcome that depends on other people, such as a job, an interview, an ATS score, a university place, a visa, funding, a contract or sales. We do not give legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, engineering or immigration advice.
3. How an order works
- You tell us what you need. We may ask a few questions.
- We send you a written quote. It states the package, what is included, the price, the total to pay, the files you will get, and how we will agree a delivery date. A quote stays valid for 7 working days from the day it is issued.
- You accept the quote in writing (for example by email). An enquiry, a visit to our website, or a payment screenshot on its own does not create an order.
- You pay in full (see section 5).
- We confirm your order in writing, agree a delivery date, and start work once we have your payment and the information we need.
If you are buying for a business, please tell us the business’s correct name and confirm that you are allowed to order for it.
4. Prices
- All prices are in Nigerian naira (₦).
- Our TIN: 2621645464992
- We will not charge you for any extra work unless you agree to it in writing first.
- If we change our prices, this does not affect an order you have already accepted.
- If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we will tell you before you pay and you can choose whether to go ahead.
5. Payment
- We accept direct bank transfer only. We do not take card payments at present.
- Please pay into the account details shown on your order page or invoice, and use the payment reference shown with them. Only pay into that account. If you get a message with different bank details, check with us at hello@mykehanz.com before paying.
- Full payment is needed before we start work.
- Your payment is confirmed when the money has cleared in our account. We will send you a receipt. Telling us you have paid, or sending a screenshot, does not confirm payment.
- Please pay by the due date in your quote. If you do not pay by then, we will release the booked slot. There is no penalty. If you pay late, please check with us first that the slot is still free.
- Your quote will say who pays any bank transfer charges.
6. Delivery and timelines
- We agree a delivery date with you after we have reviewed your brief and the material you will send. We do not promise a standard turnaround before that.
- We deliver your work by email or another secure online method we agree with you, in the file formats listed for your package (for example Word, PowerPoint, PDF, JPG or PNG).
- If we expect a delay, we will tell you as soon as we can, explain why, and agree a new date with you. If the delay is serious and you no longer want the work, you can cancel and we will refund you for work not delivered (see section 9).
- Delays caused by missing information or late feedback from you may move the delivery date. We will tell you if this happens.
7. Your responsibilities and materials
To help us do a good job, please:
- give us accurate, complete and honest information, and tell us if something is an estimate;
- only send material you have the right to share (for example, photos, logos, data or other people’s personal details);
- check the factual content of drafts (names, dates, figures, job history) and tell us about mistakes;
- reply to our questions within a reasonable time;
- do not send passwords, one-time codes, full bank statements or ID documents unless we ask and agree a safe way to send them.
We will not invent qualifications, job history, achievements, figures, testimonials or other facts. If we need something you have not given us, we will ask. If you give us false or misleading information, we are not responsible for problems caused by it.
You keep all your rights in the material you give us. You allow us to use it only to do your order.
8. Revisions and corrections
- Career Documents: each package includes one combined preference revision round, with no expiry.
- Business Presentations, Professional Reports and UK Study & Relocation Research: Base packages include one consolidated preference revision round. In-depth packages include two.
- A “preference revision” is a change to style, tone, layout or emphasis within the original brief.
- Our own mistakes are always fixed free. If we make a factual error or leave out something agreed, we correct it at no charge. This does not use up your revision rounds.
- For Presentations, Reports and UK Study research, we ask you to send each set of comments within 14 calendar days of a draft, to help us plan. This is a request, not a deadline. If you are later, we will look at it fairly. You will not lose your revision or pay an extra fee automatically.
- A new purpose, audience, subject, target job or substantial new material is new work. We will quote for it separately before starting.
9. Cancellations and refunds
We want to be fair. The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 (FCCPA) gives you rights that these terms do not take away.
If you cancel before we start work: you get a full refund.
Career Documents (individual customers): you can cancel for any reason within 14 calendar days after your order is agreed. We normally wait until this period ends before starting. If you ask us in writing to start sooner and then cancel, we may keep a fair amount for work already done (see below).
If you cancel after we start work: we will refund what you paid, less a fair charge for the work already done. We work this out based on how much of the agreed work has been supplied, and we show you how we calculated it in writing. We do not charge cancellation penalties or fees for work not done.
No cancellation charge will be made if you cancel because of death or hospitalisation, as covered by section 120 of the FCCPA. We will not ask for more medical information than is needed.
If we cannot deliver: if we cannot do the work we agreed, we will tell you and refund you for anything not supplied. If nothing usable is supplied, you get a full refund.
If the work is not up to standard: we will first try to correct it free of charge. Where the FCCPA (section 130) applies and our service does not meet the required standard, you can choose to have us fix the problem or receive a refund of a reasonable part of the price, depending on how serious the failure is.
How to cancel: email hello@mykehanz.com with your name or order reference. No special wording is needed.
How refunds are paid: by bank transfer to the account you paid from (or another account you confirm in writing), with no refund fee. We aim to pay agreed refunds within 14 calendar days.
We do not force you to take a credit or a different service when a refund is due.
10. Use of AI
We are open about how we work:
- We use AI tools (currently ChatGPT by OpenAI and Claude by Anthropic) to help draft, organise, check wording and research.
- A human always checks and approves your work before it is sent to you. Our founder agrees the scope, reviews the final work and approves its release.
- We check facts against the information you give us and the sources we cite. AI output can be wrong, which is why we check it.
- We will not present AI-made content as fact without checking it.
- We will tell you before your order starts if AI will be used on your personal information, and we will only do so where proper data protection terms are in place. See our Privacy Policy.
- For profile photos (Career Documents Complete), any edited image will stay a true likeness of you.
11. Intellectual property and file ownership
- Your material stays yours. You keep all rights in what you send us.
- Once you pay in full, the delivered work belongs to you. When we have received full payment for your order, we transfer to you ownership of all the rights we hold (including copyright) in the final, client-specific work we deliver for that order. This is ownership, not a licence. You can use, copy, change, share or sell it for any lawful purpose.
- Before full payment, our drafts remain ours, and you may use them only to review them.
- Limits we cannot avoid:
- Other people’s material. Some work may include material owned by others, such as fonts, stock images, icons, templates or software. We cannot transfer ownership of these. You get the right to use them that their owner allows, and we will tell you about any important limits before you order.
- AI-made parts. Parts of the work made with AI tools may not be protected by copyright. You own whatever rights exist in them, but we cannot promise that nobody else can create something similar.
- Our general know-how. We keep our general skills, methods and reusable templates that are not specific to you. You may freely use any of these that appear in your final files, and we may keep using them in other work. We will never reuse your confidential information or your client-specific content.
- We will not use your files, data, photo or work as a portfolio example or testimonial without your separate written permission.
12. Confidentiality
We keep your information and material confidential. We only use it to do your order and run our business (for example, accounts and complaints), and we only share it with the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, or where the law requires. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy on this website.
Please keep any confidential information we share with you (such as our internal pricing calculations) private too.
13. Our responsibility to you (limitation of liability)
We are responsible for doing the work we agree with reasonable care and skill, and for anything the law makes us responsible for.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or dishonest statements;
- our responsibility for poor or defective work, or any of your rights under the FCCPA or any other law, that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.
Subject to the paragraph above, we are not responsible for:
- outcomes that depend on other people, such as a job, admission, visa, funding or sales;
- problems caused by false, incomplete or late information you gave us, or by changes you make to our files after delivery;
- losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when we agreed your order;
- delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example internet, power or provider outages). If this happens we will tell you and agree what to do, including a refund for work not delivered;
- business losses (such as lost profit or lost opportunity), if you are buying as a business.
14. Complaints
We want to put things right. If you are not happy:
- Email hello@mykehanz.com (please put the word “Complaint” in the subject line) with your name, order reference, what went wrong and what you would like us to do.
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to give you a full reply within 10 working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and keep you updated.
- Our founder, Odinaka Michael Ohanele, reviews complaints.
“Working days” means Monday to Friday, excluding Nigerian public holidays.
You do not have to use our complaints process before using your legal rights. You can also contact the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) at fccpc.gov.ng. For complaints about your personal information, you can contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) (see our Privacy Policy).
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add services or the law changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. The terms that apply to your order are the ones you accepted when you ordered. We will not change them for an existing order unless you agree in writing, or the law requires the change.
16. Governing law and courts
These terms and any order are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the FCCPA and the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020.
We will always try to solve any problem with you first. If we cannot, the courts of Imo State, Nigeria will deal with the dispute, unless the law gives another court (for example the Federal High Court) the power to hear it. Nothing in these terms takes away your right to complain to the FCCPC, the NDPC or any other regulator.
17. General
- If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your order to someone else without our agreement. We will not transfer our duties to you without telling you, and your rights will not be reduced.
