Are you accepting orders now?
Yes, by enquiry. Choose a service, send an enquiry from its page and we will reply with a written quote. After you agree the quote you pay by bank transfer, and we start work once the payment has cleared in our account. A WhatsApp or email message is a general question only, not an order or a booking.
Who are the services designed for?
Our initial focus is Nigerian individuals, professionals and small businesses who need clearer career documents, presentations, reports or bounded UK study research.
Where is Mykehanz Digital Solutions based?
Our company address is Shop 5, Fejab Plaza, Prof’s Avenue Junction, Spibat Road, Mbieri, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. Services are delivered online.
Will you use AI?
AI tools can support drafting, organisation and research tasks. Human review remains part of the work, we check factual claims against the relevant source material and we do not present unsupported AI-generated claims as facts.
Can you guarantee admission, a job, funding or a visa?
No. Those decisions are made by employers, universities, authorities or other third parties. We provide the documents or information within the agreed scope.
What if my request is outside a listed package?
We will identify the scope difference before accepting work. We do not silently expand a package or promise services beyond the agreed limits.

Our services are for Nigerian individuals, professionals and businesses: career documents, business presentations, professional reports and information-only UK study research. Further services are planned but not yet offered.
We work from the information you provide, ask for clarification when essential and give you the opportunity to approve accurate wording before final release.

Our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions explain what we collect, why, who handles it and how long we keep it.
The enquiry form asks only for a way to reply, the package you want and a short description of the outcome. It does not take file uploads. We do not ask for CVs, photographs or other detailed documents until your quote is agreed, full payment has cleared and we have told you how your information will be handled.
Please do not send passwords, identity documents, payment credentials, unrelated sensitive information or confidential information about other people.
How payment works
You pay by bank transfer only, after you have agreed a written quote. Bank details are shown on your order page after the quote is agreed, never on a service page. Telling us you have paid does not confirm payment: we start work once the money has cleared in our account.
